Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Milva. By using Milva, you agree to them.

The service

Milva is a verified-human, end-to-end sealed messenger with communication and business tools (messaging, calls, interactive videos, quotes/invoices, contacts). We work to keep it available and secure but provide it "as is".

Your account

You must be old enough to use Milva in your country and provide accurate sign-up information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Milva to break the law, harm others, send spam, impersonate people, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or abuse the verified-human system. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to transmit and store it to provide the service to you and your recipients. You are responsible for the content you send and the business documents you issue.

Business tools

Quotes, invoices, receipts and similar documents you create are yours; you are responsible for their accuracy, for any payments you collect through your own payment links, and for complying with tax and consumer laws. Milva does not process payments and is not a party to your transactions.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milva is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service, and you may stop using Milva at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations.
